Arsenal go into the game against Manchester City as massive underdogs but are we really? The Gunners aren’t looking great at the moment but neither are the defending champions. City, like Arsenal, have lost four games already this season and have looked incredibly shaky at the back.

Our defence is clearly just as bad, if not worse, but one could argue that our attack is currently superior. Sergio Aguero’s injury is a massive blow to the Cityzens and as well as Gabriel Jesus has done over the last few games, he is a lot easier to contain than the Argentinian.

Bernardo Silva hasn’t quite been as phenomenal as he was last season. The Portuguese international certainly has the ability to outfox a number of defenders on his day but it hasn’t been that way so far this season.

The midfield battle will be the most important one. Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi are expected to start and they will have the tough task keeping the ball away from Kevin de Bruyne and David Silva.

Get the ball to Aubameyang!

Arsenal need to start the game quickly and we have to maintain the same tempo throughout the game. As deadly as we can be on the counter-attack, we need to take the game to them. We have seen this season that Aubameyang only needs one chance to convert and it is up to the players around him to provide him with the same.

City have won each of their last four Premier League games against Arsenal. However, with both John Stones and Aymeric Laporte ruled out of the game, Arsenal have their best chance to beat the Cityzens and a win could totally turn our season around.
